We urge all parishioners to pray earnestly for the spiritual renewal of our community: Almighty God, we offer to you our families, our parish, and ourselves. Renew in us the gifts of the Holy Spirit and let us experience your love, that our community may be a sign of your Divine Presence. Illumine us with your Light that we may recognize the signs of the times and the spiritual needs of our parish. May our community become your living Church. We ask this through the passion and glorious resurrection of Your Son, who lives and reigns forever and ever.

Parish Events
We invite everyone to our traditional Polish Lenten devotions: the Lenten Lamentations, held every Sunday at 6:15PM, and the Way of the Cross, Fridays at 6:15PM.
Today we celebrate our Parish Feast Day in honour of St. Casimir. He was born in 1458, a prince of Poland, the second son of King Casimir IV and Elizabeth of Austria. He participated in God’s plans wholeheartedly by praying, studying, and helping the poor. He showed himself wise and just in government. He died at the age of 23 in from lung disease, and was buried with his favorite song, a Latin hymn to Mary called "Omni die dic Mariae" which we know as "Daily, Daily Sing to Mary." As part of celebration of the Feast Day in honour of St. Casimir, we are blessing bread, and giving it to our parishioners as a sign of caring for the poor - an important aspect of life of St. Casimir.
We welcome Fr. Andrzej Sowa, OMI pastor of St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish in Mississauga, who today says homilies at all polish masses.

Renew your commitment with twice the impact! If you have made a contribution to ShareLife in the past but weren’t able to do so last year, you can double the effect of your gift this year! Through the ShareLife Community Challenge, a generous donor has pledged to match all new and increased gifts to the 2010 ShareLife campaign, up to a total of $500,000. As a lapsed donor, your gift to ShareLife will also be matched dollar-for-dollar this year. For example, your $60 donation will result in a $60 matching gift, resulting in a $120 contribution to ShareLife agencies. Please help us sustain the good work of ShareLife-funded agencies—last year more than 225,000 people were touched by ShareLife funding here at home, and countless more received assistance around the world. For more information, visit www.sharelife.org. Please give generously. You can work WONDERS!
